I would like to extend my greetings to all of you as the new president of KNC Laboratories. Let me begin by expressing my heartfelt thanks to all of you for your congratulations and support on the occasion of my appointment.

Our company was established in 1985 as a contract research and development company with the mission of assisting clients in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and functional materials by providing a wide range of services in the research, development, and mass production stages with the help of technologies like organic synthetic chemistry and biochemistry.

As the new leader of this wonderful company, my goal is to do my very best for its further development as a company that takes pleasure in science in a unique way based on the management philosophy set forth in Our Goals.* I am also determined to meet the expectations of our shareholders by making the most of my many years of experience and knowledge in the field of sales and by striving to further improve our power to innovate and compete.

The world is presently undergoing rapid changes, and the business environment is constantly faced with new challenges. In meeting these changes, I am determined to manage the company with flexibility and creativity in order to lead it to a stronger position. I am well aware that our shareholders play an important part in the development of the company, and management will be conducted with an emphasis on transparency and fairness.
