• Microorganism culture

We offer cultivation service of microorganism (E. coli, actinomycetous, mold, yeast), which is genetically modified or not, and purification of produced proteins. Finding culture media and conditions, and the optimization will be facilitated with our expertise and experience. Equipped with 2,000-liter-fermentor, manufacturing of product as much as kilograms is feasible.
Working area for genetic technology, from culture to removal of microorganism, is controlled under P1 level, as well as GILSP.
Cultured residue is incinerated after treatment in kill tank to secure the environment. Extraction of culture broth to obtain fermented product is included in our service.

• Cell Culture

For production of antibody and other proteins, CHO cell, HEK293 cell and insect cell are available. We develop tailored expression system to meet your needs, and culturing in 25-liter-vessel is possible. Cross contamination is prevented by use of disposable bags. Product solution after purification with centrifuge, ultra-filtration and chromatography, or freeze-dried powder will be delivered.

Capability

Fermentor as much as 2,000 L for microorganism culture is ready. Cell culture will be performed in disposable bag up to 25L. Product solution after purification with centrifuge, ultra-filtration and chromatography, or freeze-dried powder will be delivered.
