We have a lot of experience in services at development phase. In early development phase, the following are examples of our synthesis service. Drug candidate and derivatives, reference drug, metabolite, stable isotope labeled compound, metabolite, degradation compound, peptide, nucleotide, sugar, and chemical library. Request for synthetic method study is also welcome.

In advanced phase, we feature scale-up study and manufacture of API for clinical trial use. Column purification, sometimes inevitable at this phase, can be handled with 250 and 300-liter-column.
Not only chemical synthesis but also cultivation is ready for service. With up to 2,000-liter-fermentor and purification system, manufacture and scale-up study services are available.

Izumo Plant has plants dedicaed to manufature API and intermediates, installed with vessels up to 6,000 liters, centrifugal filter, conical dryer, jet mill, and more. We have carried out a variety of reactions for API manufacuring, and please rest assured on our experience. We are pleased to cooperate with you continuously from development phase to commercialization.
