Combinatorial Chemistry

Technology

Custom library of a variety of molecules in small quantity is prepared by high Combinatorial Chemistry
throughput liquid phase combinatorial parallel synthesis and purification.
We also provide scaffold for combinatorial synthesis, various building blocks, and candidate molecule found by (in-silico) screenings.
Our service extends to consultation by medicinal chemist on scaffold and building block for custom library as well as library design and synthetic route optimization.
Taking the idea of combinatorial chemistry, we have proposed to facilitate R&D studies, too.

Experiences

  • Amidation (acid chloride, active ester)
  • Sulfamidation (sulfonyl chloride)
  • Deprotection (Boc, Cbz, Bz, Fmoc, ester)
  • Urea formation (isocyante, isothiocyanate)
  • Ether formation (alkylhalide+base)
  • Amination (alkylhalide+base, reductive amination, palladium coupling)
  • Suzuki coupling (Pd(OAc)2{PPh3)
  • Triazole synthesis (substituted hydrazine)
